Here, we filter all links, so I won't profess to just put up your site randomly. If you submit your link, you submit it to the rating system. The best you can get is 4 moons, the worst is one. If it's really bad, you won't get on at all, and we'll decline your offer. It may sound harsh, but we are here for the users, not other webmasters. They can decide if they agree or not. If you want your site reviewed, which is longer and more involved, go to the reviewed section.

1. Your website name, your URL, e-mail address, and username.
Easy and simple. We need the link so we can check that it;s valid and un-ecchi. We require a username as opposed to real name because we don't want to be sued for someone else stalking you.

2. That your page has the following correct info:
- credit to the mangaka and companies involved. (at least on your homepage or somewhere recognizable.) You should have this anyway so you don't get sued. If you don't have this, you will automatically get one moon, reguardless.

Some things we look for:
Pics are fast-loading, galleries have thumbnails, nice layout that means advoiding glaring backgrounds to the text. e.g. black background with white text or bright opposite colors on the color wheel. Make it so we can read it! (that also means visible) Creativity and originality. An interactive site with neat set up. (Just need imagination and an HTML editor.) An original Takeuchi Naoko shrine. (Not stolen or taken from this site. I am aware of them all.) Don't call yourself ultimate. Picture policy is: The images that anybody can get with the right book or equipment are free. That includes all of Takeuchi's images, Toei's images, Mixx's images, Kodansha's images, Nakayoshi's images, Dic's images, and Bandai's images. Fan pics are labeled and credit is given to the artist. Edited pics have the same policy as the fan pictures. All pics that say don't take and the web author really wanted were asked for and has the same label on the site. Good fan fics. Good fan pics. Extra creative layout. Site is fast-loading.
