Almost there... Pretty Back End

The Pretty Back End is coming. It's only a few steps away. Then I'll pirate the code for the shrines an add an update manager.

Thanks to my Dad for his patience and help in dcoding these pages. A dream come true after 11+ years of waiting for the Computer tech to catch up to my idea. =P

And thanks to Mako-chan who put up with waiting for 10 years. =P

Little Layout Changes, Music Section Up

Lately I haven't been updating as much, so I apologize. There's been a lot going on in my personal life lately that has been getting my attention. Since I'm not sure when I'll have the time to finish this project, I decided to stop being selfish hoarding it and to make available the chunk of the music section that I've completed. I'll probably get a song down now and then but I don't imagine (with the stuff I'm dealing with) I'll sit down for a large chunk of time and just complete it in one shot, like I originally intended. So what I've completed, about 1/3 of it, is up to look at. I'll try to work on it soon.

Because it's a large section to be updated (even unfinished it is large) there may be errors in it. If there are, please reply to this post and let me know about anything you stumble across. I'd be really grateful.

Other than that, I tweaked the layout so it's a bit smaller (on my resolution that means it doesn't scroll at all anymore) but still retains the same links. All the headers have been changed a bit, too. I especially like the animated one in the arcade section of the site. Though I've updated the layout a little, the tweak wasn't big enough for me to call it a full on layout update. So there you go.

I'm not sure when I'll get a chance to work on this site for a devoted period of time again, or when I'll even have the ambition to do so. That isn't to say I've given up or quit (I'm far too stubborn for that, and look at all the unfinished sections! ^_^) but I'm not sure when the next *major* update will occur, so bear with me.

Then the program should be functional.

Are people phobic of giving feedback? Perhaps they are.

I apologize as well for not being able to personally put in new content but between College and trying to put together a pretty back end, it just be that way.

Just a few things...

I added in cast information for Cheico Kawabe (Naru), Morikawa Kaori (Tsukino Ikuko), Kikawada Masaya (Furuhata Motoki), all for PGSM. The general cast profiles for that section are almost totally completed now, I only have four left.

I also have been working behind the scenes on taking screen caps for various episodes and organizing it. Eventually, we'll have a nice gallery system and then I can post them up as well. But since I was at it anyway, I decided to make a animated gif for the Teletia S transformation for the magic section. Eventually all the PGSM gifs will be totally converted to new ones made by me as well.

I'm still plugging away at the music section. Slowly but surely it's shrinking down to a more manageable number of songs.

While I haven't done too much in the way of visible updates, I have actually added cast profiles for Endo Yoshito (who played Zoisite on PGSM) and Kubodera Akira (who played Kunzite on PGSM). I'm trying very hard to stay focused on the music section, though, because for once I'd like to have something pretty much finished when it's posted on here. ^_^;

Minor Updates

I've been doing little updates here and there to make some general improvements, nothing too extensive. But I did finally add a basic page for Act Zero, The Special Act, and Kirari Super Live to the summaries pages of the live action section. These were a long time coming, and I apologize they weren't up sooner.

I also added a couple more basic pages to the anime summaries, but nothing too exciting. ^_^ I'm hoping to have that section done well, better, anyway, before new year's. At least get the basic info up, but we'll see if I achieve that goal. My work schedule always picks up in the winter time, and I'm still busting my butt for other sections of the site...

Speaking of which, I've still been busy working on the music section behind the scenes. It's slow going, I have exactly 200 songs left to catalog (which gets more extensive every day I think.. "oh! I should put this information on there, too!") So I'm about 1/3 done with it. Which isn't too bad, considering. I'll be excited to have it completed, because I really do think it's a pretty unique guide.

Major Myu Section Update

So as of today, all the musicals are covered, at least basically, in that area! Whew! The new ones are Toujou! Ankoku no Princess Black Lady, Toujou! Ankoku no Princess Black Lady Kaiteiban, 10th Anniversary Festival, Mugen Gakuen Mistress Labyrinth, Mugen Gakuen Mistress Labyrinth Kaiteiban, Starlights*Ryuusei Densetsu, Kakyuu-Ouhi Kourin.

I also updated all the cast pages so that the musicals they were in are all listed now, as well as the number of performances they gave (as that character, since some of the actors and actresses remained with Myu but continued with a new character).

All in all, it was a lot of work, but I'm happy that it's finished, more or less. All that is left now is to finish the cast pages and the music up, then link it all together.
