Sailor Chibimoon had quite a few performers to bear her kawaii title, especially so because due to the younger ages of these cast members she was often double cast in each show.

More Information:
Miyakawa Ai's Official Site [Japanese], Miyakawa Ai at Wiki.thePPN
Ai was (one of two) first actresses to play Sailor Chibimoon. She was one of the shorter-running Chibimoon's in the role, only sticking around long enough to complete the S-season based musicals (the original Usagi Ai no Senshi e no Michi and the revision of the same).
As Chibimoon, she was very complementary to Kawasaki Mao's Chibiusa. The two blended very seamlessly together, making it seem as if there was really only one person playing the role rather than two.
Post-myu Ai pursued a career as a J-Pop artist and has had reasonable success with it. She has released a series of CDs and singles that have been fairly popular.

Mao Kawasaki- Anime News Network, Kawasaki Mao at Wiki.theppn
Kawasaki was (one of two) first to play Sailor Chibimoon in the musicals. She made for a very kawaii Chibimoon, bringing spritely energy to the role. Mao is more famous, however, for playing Sailor Chibichibi Moon in later years as the longest running Chibichibi. She also played Black Lady when she was older.
As Chibiusa, however, she was adorable and energetic. When she argued with Usagi it seemed perfect and realistic, immaturity coupled with a hint of 'too old for her looks'. (In all honesty, this was the first time I felt like Chibiusa was actually cute rather than annoying)
Following her multiple roles in Sera Myu, she played Shan-In "Glass Heart" Lee in the Angel Heart TV series. She also played Sakura Kasugano in Street Fighter Alpha: Generations. Accordingly, she has worked to promote both with appearances, CD singles, etc.

Happy & Smile - Shirai Tamaki's Blog [Japanese], Shirai Tamaki at Wiki.thePPN
Tamaki played Sailor Chibimoon mostly during the SuperS musicals. As a result, though well acted her version of Chibiusa was more thoughtful and mature with much heavier things to think about.
Tamaki did a great job of showing how contrasted this Chibiusa was compared to before- haunted by dreams, wanting to save Pegasus, more withdrawn from her friends.
It is difficult to find any information out about Tamaki post-myu. She did, however, drop the 'Dia' from her name (for preference or convenience, I don't know) and blogs frequently.

Takenaka Natsumi at Wiki.thePPN
Natsumi played with Shirai in Yume Senshi Ai Eien Ni. Honestly, she didn't stand out too much and this was her only role. The only thing she had to do was blend in well with Shirai, and she accomplished that task.
Following the musicals, Natsumi worked in a handful of films and made a few television appearances. Nothing too major has happened, however, that needs special mentioning.
