Before PGSM:
Alisa was born to a Japanese mother and an American father (of English descent), which gives Alisa somewhat more exotic (for Japan) looks. She is also fluent in English!
Prior to PGSM, Alisa worked as a model in the CANDy magazine along with PGSM cast-member Ayaka. She also released two photo books in 2002 one titled Just a Princess and the other Suhada no Alisa, and had an accompanying idol DVD also titled Just a Princess. She was also in the Kishidan's music video Koibito "Lover",
On Pretty Guardian Sailormoon:
Alisa had a bit of a difficult time getting into the character of Kuroki Mio at first, saying that her personality was opposite to her character and she had to change her speech patterns to suit Mio. She even mentioned that as she got to know her character more and heard more of Mio's dialogue, she realized Mio really was 'the devil'.[1]
Projects following PGSM:
After PGSM Alisa continued modeling and released another idol DVD, Audrey. She also appeared on the television series GARO as Shizuka. Recently, Alisa decided to hunt for a new management agency, but still continues to work.
