Born/From:
A convict in Crystal Tokyo, Wiseman committed crimes heinous enough that Neo-Queen Selenity had to severely punish him. Because their society did not believe in the death penalty, she sent him to the tenth and most deserted planet of the solar system- Nemesis- to live in isolation. Wiseman gains his powers from the planet's bizarre property of dark crystal, which attracts negative energy. Eventually, Wiseman merges with the planet to become the Death Phantom, which is an aspect of Chaos [the ultimate villain in Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon in every major arc.]
