History:

The cute and Kawaii, yet wise Chibichibi was introduced to us Mary Poppin’s style. Her history directly ties into Sailor Cosmos's. If you read this you risk BIG spoilers. Chibichibi is Sailor Chibichibi. Unlike the anime there is no moon at the end of Sailor Chibichibi. It turns out that she is Sailor Cosmos. (though who Sailor Cosmos is, is quite debatable) She came from the future and then to the past to watch her younger self. Now, the question is who is her younger self? Usagi, or Chibichibi. She wanted the courage that Sailormoon had. For more details look at Cosmos's profile.

Anime:
Again she is introduced Mary Poppin’s style via umbrella. But her background is different because in the anime, there is no Sailor Cosmos. So who is she? [Again, MAJOR SPOILERS] In the anime Chibichibi is called "the Light of Hope". The light of hope is Sailor Galaxia's Starseed, which Galaxia sent out into the cosmos before Chaos took her over. In the anime during the final battle, chibichibi tells Sailormoon that she must fight and destroy Sailor Galaxia (Eternal Sailormoon has problems with this because Galaxia is a Sailor senshi also) and even becomes a sword to help aid her.

Personality:

Manga:
Chibichibi is the ultra kawaii yet somehow wise little girl who shows up via umbrella. she is especially helpful in guiding Usagi subtly and she helps Eternal Sailormoon by comforting her and helping her through the immense pain of losing the other Sailor senshi.

Anime:
Chibichibi repeats words she hears (like Chibi) and is also always hungry. She is sweet and very good at manipulating others into giving her what she wants. She is very similar to her manga counter part but this Chibichibi is even more silent that the manga version. She also isn't as involved in the story until the end as she is in the manga. A little less depth is given to her character. And, obviously, she turns out to be related more to Sailor Galaxia than Sailormoon in the end of the anime.

Why She is So Cool!:
She's super kawaii, and even though she doesn't have any big flashy powers or attacks, she's integral to the story.
