History:

The Stars Manga (for convenience sake)
She appears in the Stars manga as the arrogant Seiya, who seems to think that Usagi is her Princess. Not getting along with Haruka she is suspicious to the outers. Her history is that she came to Earth, disguised as a male, so she could attract her Princess better. (disguised, isn't the same thing as being)

She lost her prince during the Sailor Wars and she sings. ^_^

Anime:
Seiya's history is radically different manga to anime. First of all, in the anime, he pulls what I call a reverse Ranma. His true form is that of a girl, but when he came to Earth he took on the form of a boy so he could attract more girls, and find his princess. When I say take on the form of a boy... I mean literally. His shirt was seen off in one of the episodes.

Seiya's planet and past are revealed more than in the manga. However, the anime neglected to mention that Seiya had a prince.. so he, or in this case, then she, would not have had a Prince..

Seiya also doesn't belong to the group "Three Lights", he belongs to the, "Starlights" (Which personally I think is lame since they already call themselves the Three Lights. Anyhow, Takeuchi-sensei dislikes that fact too.. so there. ^_^ I can't disagree with the creator, now can I?
