Henshin Pen 1
Japanese: Volume 1, Act 2, Page 54
Re-release: ?
Mixx: ?
She used this stick to transform into Sailor Mercury the first time. This pen can actually write! There is no indication that any of the other pens can write, but this one can. When she discovered that she was Sailor Mercury she transformed with this stick initially to transform, but no words were needed. (this might explain why the first transformation in the anime was more sparkly than the following transformations in the anime). She got it from a game machine, we don't know what happened to it after that. (It was really from Luna who set up the machine to give those things to Ami.)

(Transforms into Mercury)
Japanese: Volume 1, Act 2, Page 73
Re-release: ?
Mixx: ?
This is her first transformation into Sailor Mercury. She doesn't use any words, she just transforms all of a sudden.
Mercury Power! Make Up!
Japanese: Volume 1, Act 3, Page 108
Re-release: volume 1, Act 3, Page ?
Mixx: Volume 1, Act 3, Page 108
Her very first transformation phrase, this turns her into Sailor Mercury for the first time. This phrase is used until she is given her second Henshin Pen at the beginning of the Black Moon arc.
Mercury Star Power! Make Up!
Japanese: Volume 4, Act 15, Page 135
Re-release: ?
Mixx: Volume 4, Act 12, Page 135
The phrase she uses when she receives her second henshin pen. This is mostly used in the Black Moon arc of the manga.
Mercury Planet Power! Make Up!
Japanese: Volume 7, Act 24, Page 146
Re-release: ?
Mixx: Volume 7, Act 24, Page 144
This is a slight power-up for Mercury, she is given a heart shaped center of her bow instead of a plain circle, it also is apparent that her attack is heightened a bit, too. This is used in the Infinity arc of the manga.
Mercury Crystal Power! Make Up!
Japanese: Volume 12, Act 35, Page 129
Re-release: ?
Mixx: SuperS Volume 1, Act 2, Page 127
Her power-up when she discovers her true dream to protect the Princess. She is also made aware of her Sailor Crystal at this time by Guardian Mercury. This is the only transformation she has that incorporates her Sailor Crystal.
(Mist blowing from Mercury)
Japanese: Volume 1, Act 2, Page 69
Re-release: Volume 1, Act 2, Page ?
Mixx: Volume 1, Act 2, Page 69
This is probably similar to Shabon Spray in the anime, a thick fog or mist surrounds her making it difficult for the enemy to find Sailor Moon or Mercury. This is only used once in the manga and no words were spoken to invoke it.

Mercury Crystal
Japanese: Volume 12, Act 35, Page 129
Re-release: ?
Mixx: ?
She found this crystal when a miniature self appeared and told her to look inside herself. This was a return to her former Princessdom. She learned how to use it to transform. It does not have the same powers as the Maboroshi no Ginzuishou, but it is powerful. It is her Sailor Crystal. When it is destroyed, she is destroyed.

Silver Bracelet
Jewelry Star Bracelet
First Appearance: Act 2
This is the version of her transformation bracelet after she is already transformed. She wears this on her left wrist while transformed, over her glove.
Karaoke Crown Passport
First Appearance: Act 3
This allows her free entrance into Karaoke Crown so that she can easily use the hideout Luna created for them there.
Teletia S
First Appearance: Act 3
This item is in lieu of a wrist communicator. It works like any normal cell phone would except that if you take a picture with it you will adopt the disguise of that person.
Ice Sword
First Appearance: Act 14
This item was created with Sailor Mercury's water powers. She prays to the water for help in fighting Kunzite and it forms into this sword. Unfortunately it dissolves away.
Sailor Star Tambourine
First Appearance: Act 26
This item can be used as a weapon to attack with. It also is transformed into a sword in the Final Act.
Mercury Power, Make Up!
Mercury Aqua Mist!
Shine Aqua Illusion!
First Used: Act 9
This an attack Mercury uses fairly rarely. She's used it on two of the Shittenou with semi-successful results. This attack seems to be a bit less strong than Mercury Aqua Mist.
Mercury Aqua Storm!
First Used: Act 42
This attack is pretty strong, but it isn't used that often. It seems like a last-ditch attempt to destroy the Metallia Youma. It fails against her, but chances are Mercury wouldn't have bothered if it wasn't a fairly strong attack.
Mercury Aqua Cyclone!
First Used: Act 43
This attack was pretty strong but used on the wrong youma. She attacks a water-based youma that absorbs it and spits it back at her.
Mercury Aqua Blizzard
First Used: Act 48
Her strongest attack, used after all the senshi are awakened and used on Queen Metallia. It does freeze her over, but Metallia shoots the energy and ice back at Mercury. It is still an extremely powerful attack that probably would have flattened another enemy, but she only used it once. T_T
