Crescent Boomerang
Japanese: ?
Re-release: ?
Mixx: ?
This is an old item from her Sailor V days. Once she becomes Sailor Venus and assumes her role with the senshi team, this item isn't used as much. We see this item before we actually meet Sailor Venus, and it's used again in a ChibiUsa picture diary. It cuts up the enemy and returns to her hand.

Venus Chain
Japanese: ?
Re-release: ?
Mixx: ?

I've always thought this item was really cool. ^_^ Not only is it used in attacks like Love-me Chain and Wink-chain sword, it is also used defensively to protect herself and others by blocking attacks.

Venus Pen
Japanese: ?
Re-release: ?
Mixx: ?

Her first henshin pen! This is given to her when she was still Sailor V, but it works to transform her into Sailor Venus as well. It has a different look about it than the other inner senshi's henshin pens.

Star Henshin Pen
Japanese: ?
Re-release: ?
Mixx: ?

The second pen, similar to the rest of the inner senshi except it is orange and has the symbol for Venus inside of it. This is used with the "Venus Star Power, Make Up!" transformation.

Wristwatch Communicator
Japanese: ?
Re-release: ?
Mixx: ?

This is received at the same time as the star henshin pen. It is used to keep in direct contact with the other senshi, including Sailormoon. It actually opens up so that you can see a video of the speaker.

Moon Crescent Compact
Japanese: Volume 8, Act 26, Page 97
Re-release: ?
Mixx: ?

This is a really cool item left over from her days as Sailor V. It gives her the power to change into a disguise like Sailormoon's disguise pen.

Wink Chain Sword
Japanese: Volume 7, Act 24, Page 148
Re-release: ?
Mixx: Volume 7, Act 24, Page 146

See the white silhouette of a sword that is over the chain? That is the wink chain sword. It is used in the wink chain sword attack.

Moon birthmark
Japanese: ?
Re-release: ?
Mixx: ?

A hold-over from her Sailor V days that is also used to promote her position as decoy moon princess. She has this mark as Sailor Venus, not Sailor V from the end of act 7 to the middle of act 9. When Sailormoon is revealed to be the princess, this mark changes into a tiara.

Venus Tiara 1
Japanese: Volume 2, Act 9, Page 143
Re-release: ?
Mixx: ?

This tiara replaces her crescent moon birthmark and ushers in her role as leader of the inner senshi as well as subordinate to Sailormoon, the true princess.

PGSM
.

Crescent Moon Cutter
First Appearance: Act 0
This is an attack tool used by Sailor V. It is thrown to cut the enemy, provide distraction, or escape from binding.

Silver Bracelet
First Appearance: Act ?
This is the bracelet that Minako uses to transform into Sailor Venus. As a Sailor Senshi, it changes forms into the Jewelry Star Bracelet.

Jewelry Star Bracelet
First Appearance: Act 12
This is the version of her transformation bracelet after she is already transformed. She wears this on her left wrist while transformed, over her glove.

Fake Tiara
First Appearance: Act 12
This is the fake tiara that Venus obtains when the senshi think she is the Princess. It is so that she can function as a decoy and distract the enemy. The center stone is a fake ginzuishou that Nephrite steals (but is enraged when Venus shows him several similar fake tiaras and tells him it isn't real).

Crescent Moon Birthmark
First Appearance: Act 0
This mark is on Sailor Venus's head as she acts as a decoy princess and also when she is Sailor V. It disappears when Sailormoon awakens as Princess Serenity.

Venus Chain
First Appearance: Act 12
This chain is around Venus's waist most of the time like a belt, but can be used to defend blows and she can channel her Love-me-chain attack through it.

Karaoke Crown Passport
First Appearance: Act 44
This allows her free entrance into Karaoke Crown so that she can easily use the hideout Luna created for them there.

Teletia S
First Appearance: Act ?
This item is in lieu of a wrist communicator. It works like any normal cell phone would except that if you take a picture with it you will adopt the disguise of that person.

Sailor Star Tambourine
First Appearance: Act 26
This item can be used as a weapon to attack with. It also is transformed into a sword in the Final Act by Sailor Mars, but Venus uses the swords in the Special Act.

Venus Power, Make Up!
First Used: Act 17
This is actually a pretty rare sequence to see because Venus is so much more reclusive in PGSM than she is in the other versions of Sailormoon. Her transformation is the longest of all the senshi, so they don't always show the whole thing.

(Venus Beam)
First Used: Act 12
This attack doesn't have any words, but it's similar to her Crescent Beam attack in the anime.

Venus Love-me Chain!
First Used: Act 18
This attack is the one she uses most in the show, along with her beam attack. It's fairly powerful and she uses the chain around her waist to perform it.

Rolling Heart Vibration!
First Used: Act 46
Her most powerful attack, but only used once! It completely flattens the enemy.
